Our Strategic Plan
In August 2012, the Goodwill Board of Directors approved our new Goodwill Strategic Plan 2013-2017, which will guide our work over the next five years. This strategic plan focuses primarily on increasing our ability to meet the needs of our community and expands our programs to provide more intensive job training, placement, and support services as well as help more people in need. Our Strategic Plan includes the following primary initiatives:
- Strategic Priority #1 – Growing Services – We will grow services to help more people. This Priority drives all others. Without this Priority the remaining priorities are not relevant to the community.
- Strategic Priority #2 – Growing Revenue – Revenue drives services expansion. We seek growth in retail, industrial programs, workforce development, and fundraising while exploring new ventures.
- Strategic Priority #3- Organizational Excellence – To accomplish these strategic objectives we require a foundational focus on communications and public policy, governance and management alignment to our priorities and investing in those we serve as well as those who serve with the training and knowledge to be effective.
