Goodwill Bags
The Goodwill Bags is an auxilary group of Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay. The volunteer group performs vintage fashion shows for community organizations and events.Homeless Services
Our newly-created Homeless Services Program works specifically with individuals and families facing homelessness and the multitude of related challenges. This program offers employment and comprehensive support services to homeless individuals and families in Alameda County.
Goodwill began our new Homeless Services Program when another community-based organization had to close its doors, leaving behind services funded through Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants. Goodwill took over these grants, secured additional community resources to help start-up our program, and is now serving individuals, families, and children at our West Oakland and One Stop Homeless Employment Center in downtown Oakland.
In addition, as part of our Homeless Services Program, Goodwill adopted a Privacy and Confidentiality Policy outlining the use of data associated with the program.
