The Quality Control and Compliance Manager is responsible for providing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the various contractual and service activities of Calidad and the Industrial Programs department at Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers’ requirements and service expectations. This position is responsible for creating and publishing reports, charts, and other information to enhance the quality program. The Quality Control and Compliance Manager also serves as an active member of agency ad hoc and standing committees on compliance and planning and is responsible for monthly audits for Calidad contracts. This position also spearheads the design and implementation of the ISO program, trains staff to create their procedures, and drafts the ISO standards along with other reports and policies.

The Senior Plant Manager directs and coordinates aspects of the warehouse operations and processes and is responsible for the overall budget performance, production standards, asset protection activities and strategic initiatives within areas under their control. Promotes positive work environment that celebrates vision, mission, and core values in every action and interaction with co-workers, donors, customers, management, and persons served.

Goodwill is seeking a professional Project Manager to manage a janitorial services contract at a government-owned facility. The Project Manager will work closely with executive management to meet the mission and goals of the agency.

Provides leadership, guidance and oversight for all the retail operations.
