Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay operates 24 stores throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties. By shopping at Goodwill stores, you not only are getting a great deal on clothes, furniture, and even electronics, but you are also supporting our community workforce development programs and helping someone in need receive the employment training they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
Our Goodwill stores provide job training for individuals coming to us for help. During this challenging economic time, with California’s unemployment rate rising each month, our workforce development programs are helping more people. For every $1 of revenue Goodwill generates, 93 cents is put directly into out Goodwill services.
That means that when you shop at Goodwill, you help your neighbor receive the training and support they need to secure sustainable employment.
