Goodwill Academy

The Goodwill Academy is a vocational education program tailored to help those with very little work experience. The Program focuses on four major areas: work skills, career development, life skills, and support services. We provide hands-on work skills training at our 25 stores and three plants, which enables participants to receive a paycheck while attending our program. While attending this training, participants attend Goodwill Academy classes and receive individualized job and career services.  Last year we served 685 individuals in this program throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties.
